I enjoy the time I am able to spend in physical activity, and I have noticed that as I cleanse my physical body so to is my mind and in turn my spiritual body. My exercise time is my time of release. I love it and am better able to focus and hear God when I exhaust my body and become weak because he REBUILDS me and makes me STRONG.
Mind, Body, and Spirit are one but only the Spirit is eternal.

Auburn-Opelika Track Club

This organization is open to any individual who is willing to join. They run Saturday mornings around 6:00 AM and have a calendar of race events that they participate in. There are no requirements and is open to all levels. Just bring a positive attitude!

10K Run (6.4 miles) Begins at 7:45am
1 Mile Run Begins at 8:00am

$16.00 Pre-registration (postmarked by Feb. 11th)
$20.00 Day of Race Registration
Each pre-registered participant will receive a long sleeve t-shirt. There are a limited amount of t-shirts available, so register early.
The 22nd Annual Love Your Heart Run sponsored by the Exceptional Outreach Organization and The Auburn Opelika Running and Track Association. The Love Your Heart Run is our premier fundraising event benefiting children and adults with special needs that participate in Lee County Special Olympics, Best Buddies of Auburn University, Premier Athletics Shinning Knights Therapeutic Cheerleading Team and Friends for Life. Participants may run or walk the event!
